FAQ

1. Order Processing

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders confirmed by 16:00 are handed over to Sameday Courier on the same day.
  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the following business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 10:00 on Saturday are processed on Monday.
  • Public Holidays: Orders placed during national holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Courier Service: We partner with Sameday Courier (Delivery Solutions S.A.) for deliveries.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically, deliveries occur within 2-3 working days across Romania.
  • Tracking: Each parcel is assigned a tracking code, sent via email once shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: 20 lei for orders below 200 lei.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of 200 lei or more.

4. Order Tracking

  • AWB Code: Customers receive an AWB code after dispatch to monitor their parcel’s status.

5. Delivery Options

  • EasyBox Lockers: Customers can choose delivery to EasyBox lockers for convenience.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Resolution Options: In case of loss or damage, customers can opt for a full refund or a replacement shipment.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • Return Policy: If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect information or uncollected from EasyBox, a refund is issued upon return, excluding the 20 lei shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Toothpaste
  • Mouthwash
  • Oral care products
  • kids foam
  • Electric or manual toothbrushes
  • Water flossers

If these items remain unopened and in their original condition, you may be eligible for a return. Please contact us at contact@neendental.ro sau Whatsapp 0749 404 814 within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.


 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at contact@neendental.ro sau Whatsapp 0749 404 814 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect or damage (if applicable)

Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.


 

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


 

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased a neen product through a third-party retailer, such as eMAG, please contact their customer service directly for refund and return requests. Returns for these purchases cannot be processed through our website.


 

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item has been received and its condition inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
